Robert H. Graff is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Philadelphia Office, focusing his practice on employment law, and claims brought under both federal and state statutes, both in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Robert was General Counsel for a mid-sized business located in Pennsylvania, handling all legal and compliance matters for the company.
Robert brings a unique perspective to the defense of employment matters, having spent many years of his career representing plaintiffs in their employment matters both at the administrative levels and in court. These matters included claims brought under Title VII, the ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, PHRA, Philadelphia Fair Practices Ordinance, NJLAD, CEPA, and many other state and local causes of action. He uses that understanding to help his clients navigate the difficult intricacies of their cases with an eye on resolution. Robert prides himself on his ability to take complex matters of litigation and explain them to his clients, so they feel well informed and educated throughout the litigation processes. In addition to his litigation experience, Robert serves as a volunteer mediator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, helping both employees and employers reach agreements to resolve their employment matters.
Robert earned his Juris Doctor from the Villanova University School of Law where he was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. Robert obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Robert spends his time outside the office, running, pacing half-marathons, swimming, coaching ice hockey, and running an in-house hockey league.
